Hi Sue, unfortunately, we don't sell separate drums though I believe the drums are part of the cartridge for your printer so can't be replaced separately.

Hi, no it's not a pricing issue as such. We base our prices on a number of things including the manufacturing costs so it's actually just a much better deal than buying one individual compatible Q2612A toner. The prices can potentially change on a day to day basis so if you need a cartridge I would stock up now and get the best price!

Hello. The current HP toner cashback promotion (ends on 30th April 2017) is actually only available on specific dual pack and colour toner multi packs so you won't be able to get cashback on the single HP toners. It's a promotion run by HP themselves so unfortunately, we don't have any control over which products you can claim cashback on. If you have any more questions about HP toner or anything else let me know and I'll be happy to answer them.

Hi Jane, thanks for your question about the HP LaserJet 1020, unfortunately, this printer is one of the oldest printer models and so it's since been discontinued and can't be purchased anymore.
