What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch about placing your order. Have you put your Q2612A order on the system already? If you can call us on 0345 365 3605 asap, we'll see if we can push your order through for you before we leave. We are normally in the office until around 5:45 pm and depending on the products that you need, we can sometimes get that processed, however, if it's a compatible toner we won't be able to push through this late on as the couriers have already collected the day's orders. Give us a call and we'll do our best for you!

Do you still get plenty of stock of the HP LaserJet 1010 toners? We've had this printer for quite a while now and whilst it's still got life in it yet, I'm wondering how long the toners will be available for? Thanks, J.

Hi J, thanks for sending an inquiry over. That's a very good question actually. Printers are normally built to last for anything from 3 to 5 years and after the 5 year period, the toner tends to become discontinued followed shortly by the compatibles. However the HP LaserJet 1010 has been around now for at least 8 to 10 years and the HP Q2612A toner which used to be the most popular toner HP sold is still available from HP so my opinion is that as long as customers continue to purchase the toner, HP will continue to manufacture it. We do still have a decent amount of stock available and compatibles as well so I'd imagine it will still be around for at least the next 12 - 18 months. If you need any more help, let me know!
