Hi there, there are different ways of installing cartridges depending on your printer model and it's always best to follow the instructions in your user manual. How do I recycle my empties, is the used cartridge returnable?

Yes, of course, we do offer a recycling program here at TonerGiant, you can find more details here: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/recycling/ You can send your cartridge off by printing one of our return labels and placing your empty in a box and popping it in the post!
