What's the difference between CF323A and 653A, please?

Hi there, there is actually no difference as the CF323A is the product reference or SKU code for the magenta toner cartridge but the cartridges in the range for the HP Colour Laserjet M680f printer are also known as the HP 653A toner cartridge range so you have 2 different references that you can search for to find the correct cartridges for your printer. It can be a little confusing but the easiest way to find your cartridge is to stick with the HP 653A code as it's the same for each of the colour cartridges.
