I had a T1814 cartridge but I have now installed a recently bought T1811 in the printer but it does not work.
Are they compatible?

Hi there, this is the correct cartridge for the Epson XP-30 but the T1814 is a yellow cartridge and the T1811 is a black cartridge so they would need to go in the correct slots. Is the issue you're having with one of the cartridges or is it just that none of them are working?
