Hi, depending on which PC operating system you have (Windows version or Mac) this could be slightly different but what you need to do is:
1. go to either control panel or settings on a Windows PC (Start > control panel or start > Cog icon) 2. navigate to printers and devices, find your printer in the list and click on it > click manage for windows 10, or right-click it and select preferences (for versions of windows with a control panel). 3. Click printer properties from the left-hand list (Windows 10 only). 4. in the dialogue box that appears on the general tab click Preferences. You should then be in the printer's own settings area and one of the options should be to view the ink levels.
