What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

Hi there. You're on the correct page for E514DW toners. The top 2 products are compatibles and the next 2 are original Dell. The difference between the 2 of each type is the number of pages they can print (and price).

If you are placing your order before 5:30 pm Monday to Friday then you'll get your order the next working day. As today is a Friday you will get your order on Monday between 9 am and 5:30 pm, just make sure it's before our cut off time.

All original cartridges are covered by the standard manufacturer's 6-month warranty for faults. If you went for our compatible cartridges not only would you make a great saving but you are also covered for 3 years and protection against damage to your printer for extra peace of mind.

Why can I not buy colour cartridges for this printer?

Thanks for your question, we don't sell colour toner for this printer as it is a mono laser printer (only prints in Black & White) if you need to print in colour then you will need to purchase a colour laser printer. Is Dell 593 BBLH and Dell 593 BBLR the same? I used to purchase the Dell 593 BBLR, but now want to buy the Dell 593BBLH because it prints more pages.

Hi there, the difference between the two cartridges is the page capacity where the BBLH prints up to 2600 pages versus the BBLR that prints up to 1200 pages but they both work in the Dell E514dw printer.

Hi I am going to buy Dells laser copy/printer and should I replace the cartridge after I use the start up toner? and how often do I have to change the cartridge?

Hi there, depending on the printer the starter toner tends to have a limited amount of prints just to get you going so again each printer is different and depending on the printer you choose, they all have different page print capacities. Also a little bit of advice if you aren't yet set on a Dell printer, Dell will soon no longer be manufacturing printers so support will be limited moving forwards.
