We bought a yellow compatible toner cartridge last year (sorry I can't remember the exact date) and it has run out already. Does it have any guarantee?

Hi there, yes they do have a 3-year guarantee. I will ask one of the team to give you a call. It's a 10,000 page capacity at 5% page coverage which is equal to one A4 page with 3 - 5 basic text paragraphs on it. If the page coverage that you're printing at is higher than this, it would run out quite a bit quicker but we'll be able to check this with you and if not, we can, of course, arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
