The black toner I took out of my printer has a different reference to the blacks available on your website, have I got the wrong page? The reference is 593-11140

Hi there, if your printer is the Dell 1250C and you purchased it in the UK then you've definitely got the correct page. The references can differ for example the 593-11140 cartridge that you mentioned is the same toner as the 593-11016 toner but the reason that there is more than one reference is that Dell creates 2 versions of each cartridge, one is labelled a return programme cartridge which is a fancy name for cartridges that come with a recycle bag in the box compared to the other version that doesn't have a recycle bag. That's the only difference between the two products.

If you can give us a call on 0345 265 2605 as that would be the easiest way for us to discuss the issue that you are experiencing, alternatively a few things that you could check: 1) is your USB or network connection is working correctly by going to the control panel on your PC and checking the online / offline status of the printer. 2) check your firmware is up to date. Visit the Dell support website and download the latest version here: http://www.dell.com/support/home/uk/en/ukbsdt1/product-support/product/dell-1250c/drivers. If none of those things works we'll see what we can do to advise you.
