Customer Questions (2)

Q
Do you sell the Canon iR1022 printer?
08 March 2017
A
Hi, no we don't actually sell the Canon IR1022A printer as I'm pretty sure it's now been discontinued. We do sell a full range of printers so if you want me to help you to find one that meets your needs then send me some details of the features you need and I'll be happy to go and find one that would be perfect for you!

Q
I need to replace my CEXV18 drum unit, is it hard to do?
08 March 2017
A
Hi there, replacing the drum unit on your Canon iR1022A printer should be just as easy as replacing a toner cartridge so you won't have any problems at all. There should be instructions in your printer manual if you still have it but the drum literally sits underneath the toner cartridge and is sometimes actually attached to the toner cartridge when you remove that from the printer. It's the part of a printer that distributes toner from the toner to the paper. If you need any more guidance give us a call and we can talk you through it! :)
