What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
We don't think you should pay more at the checkout, and we're proud to be one of the only printer cartridge suppliers to offer Free guaranteed next-day delivery to all mainland UK addresses.
Order before 5:30 pm on any working day and so long as the products are in-stock, your order will be delivered on the next-working-day.

Why do the pictures of the cartridges look different to each other if they are all genuine Canon products? For example, in the illustration, the PBK is different to the MBK. In my Canon Pro1, all the cartridges look the same, with the same shape, and same markings. Only the colour and code are different. But some of the cartridges you are selling as genuine products do not look the same and are certainly different from the ones I have in my printer e.g. the bar code is missing. How can I be sure they are genuine Canon products?

Hi there, all the cartridges we currently sell for the Canon PIXMA Pro 1 are genuine Canon ink cartridges. If we display the genuine tag and the manufacturer logo, they are 100% genuine. Our images are produced by a provider automatically when we add products to the website so it's possible that they've sent the incorrect images to us for some of the colours in this range. If that's the case, then we need to get the images changed, so thank you for bringing that to our attention and I will have a look.

Why do all the PGI 29 inks print very different amounts, seems daft to me?

That does seem a bit strange and I don't have a perfect answer for you but I think that it's based on which colours are frequently used the most in various photograph printing so that they last longer and you aren't left with odd amounts of ink in particular coloured ink cartridges that then have to be replaced at odd times.

Do you sell compatibles?

Hi there, we do sell compatible inks in general but we don't have any available for the PIXMA Pro 1 printer as we tend to only sell compatibles for very popular printers. In order to produce compatible versions of ink cartridges, we need to recycle old empty cartridges and unfortunately if the printer is not a very popular printer we aren't able to manufacture them for our customers. In your PGI-29 pack for the Canon Pro 1, what does CO stand for?

Hi, the inks that you get in our Canon PGI-29 multi-pack are MBK - matt black, PBK - photo black, DGY - dark grey, LGY - light grey, GY - grey and CO - chrome optimiser. So the CO is the chrome optimiser cartridge which I believe has something to do with the contrast and toner optimisation when printing out your professional photographs with your Canon PIXMA Pro 1 printer.
