Hi, I've never actually experienced replacing the fuser on the Brother MFC-9440CN laser printer but Brother usually makes their cartridges and accessories easy to replace. If you refer to your printer manual or search 'Brother MFC9440CN Printer manual' in Google, you should be able to find instructions on how to fit the new Fuser unit.
