What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

Order before 5:30 pm on any working day and so long as the products are in-stock, your order will be delivered on the next-working-day.

My Brother HL3140CW printer is failing but I have good ink stock. My Question: Can the BR TN-245 ink cartridges be used in a newer Brother printer such as HL L3240CDW or some other printer?

The Brother TN-245 toners go in the following printers:

Brother DCP-9015CDW
Brother DCP-9020CDW
Brother HL-3140CW
Brother HL-3150CDW
Brother HL-3170CDW
Brother MFC-9140CDN
Brother MFC-9330CDW
Brother MFC-9340CDW

What I would say is these are quite old now and I don't think that the printers are available to buy anymore. You may still be able to get a refurbished model but I'm unsure where you would be able to get one. I'm sorry I couldn't help with that.

How do I replace the drum unit in my Brother L3240 machine?

Please follow the instructions below:

1. With the printer turned on, open the top cover until it locks into position.
2. Remove the toner cartridge and drum unit from the printer.
3. Push down on the green lock lever to remove the toner from the drum.
4. Unpackage your new drum unit.
5. Reinsert your existing toner into the drum unit.
6. Clean the corona wire inside the drum by sliding the green tab from left to right. Do this a few times.
7. Slide the toner and drum back into the machine.
8. Close the cover.

After replacing the drum unit, you will also have to reset the drum counter. You can do this by following the below steps:

1. Pres the OK and up arrow button at the same time.
2. Press OK to select the drum.
3. Select the colour for the drum unit you have just replaced
4. Press the up arrow to reset the counter.
