Hi Kev, the best advice I can give is it depends on what quality you'd like the print-outs to be. The compatibles that we sell are high-quality cartridges and give pretty good results but they will never be as good as the Brother cartridges because they are a recycled products. If you don't need the absolute best results then the price difference makes sense. We also offer a 3-year guarantee so if you give them a try and you aren't happy with the results, we can always arrange for a refund.

Why so many ink cartridges?

Hello! Thanks for your email question. There are quite a lot to choose from aren't there? It's really just to give you the choice depending on what print job you have at the time. The Brother LC123 are the standard-sized ink cartridges so they can only print up to 600 pages, the LC125 inks are the high capacity colour cartridges that can print twice as much as the standard ones and the Brother LC127 black inks are super high capacity black inks in case you are printing lots of dark colours or text. They all fit perfectly in the printer and you can use any combination of them!

Does the printer support Windows 10, I don't want to have to send it back if I buy one.

Hi, thanks for your question. Don't worry, you shouldn't need to send it back as it does support Windows 10. If you need to install the correct drivers (normally Windows 10 will do it for you when you first plug in your printer) then you can download them for the DCPJ4110DW printer on the Brother printer support website found here: http://support.brother.com/g/b/oslist.aspx?c=eu_ot&lang=en&prod=dcpj4110dw_eu_as If you need any extra advice, I'll be happy to help.
