Small and medium-sized firms that use large volumes of printer toner may like to invest in one device from OKI that could help boost productivity.
The MC561 colour laser multifunction printer (MFP) offers fast speeds and a high duty cycle of up to 60,000 pages a month, which could benefit busy offices that use large amounts of paper.
As well as providing scanning, faxing and copying features, the machine has a 3.5-inch LCD display for ease of use and a full Qwerty keyboard to help operations run smoothly.
Reviewing the device, PC World’s Jon Jacobi was impressed by the paper handling abilities of the MC561, which include auto-duplexing and a 50-sheet automatic document feeder, as well as space for 500 pages in its trays.
He said the OKI machine has “much to recommend it” and those looking for a mid-price MFP should give the product serious consideration, especially if they require a fast model.
Recently, it was stated by Canon Australia’s assistant general manager for business product marketing Jeremy Plint that firms should consider how a new device will affect their productivity before making their final choice.
