What happens if I miss the delivery?
I didn't receive all / any of my items, what should I do?
If you have received a delivery but you didn’t receive all the items you ordered, the remaining items will normally arrive on a separate delivery. To make sure that you receive your order quickly, if something that you ordered was not in stock we often part dispatch your order rather than delay all items. We also send some items from separate depots and so those items will normally arrive separately. Where possible we will let you know if your order will arrive on split deliveries, but if you are unsure whether this is the case, please call us on 0845 365 3605 and we can check for you.
If you haven’t received any of your items, it may be that your order was placed on back order due to stock issues. We will let you know if this is the case. If you haven’t heard from us and you still haven’t received your order, please let us know within 21 days of ordering that your goods have not been received. If you don’t let us know within this time frame, we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement item.

If you believe that you haven’t received the correct items that you ordered please contact us on 0845 365 3605 right away so we can collect and then replace your items as quickly as possible.
If you’ve ordered a Samsung product and the box has a HP sticker or label on it, rest assured you have received the correct item. HP have acquired the Samsung printing business and now all items are manufactured and dispatched by HP.
