Hi there, there are possible ways to rectify the issue and I've written a guide on our
printer not recognising compatible cartridges page. So I'd suggest trying the steps there first to see if you can fix the issue.
We manufacture the best quality compatibles because we want to make sure you have a good experience and buy from us again, however, what I would say is that whilst I'm very confident you won't have issues, there is always a small chance that you could. I'd rather be very transparent with you, the issue is caused when the printer gets an update of its software / firmware and the software installed on the toner chips no longer synchronizes with the printer. Therefore the longer you wait to use toners, the more likely it will happen. Unfortunately, most original printer manufacturers will do everything they can to stop the use of compatibles, as frustrating as that is! I hope this helps. Let me know if I can do anything else! Stu
