Hello I have a Brother DCP-L2540DW toner printer (using the brother cartridge DR-2305) but this printer isn't on your system. Can you tell me what cartridge I should buy that will fit please. Thanks Emma

Hi Emma, the DR-2305 is a drum unit rather than a toner but it's used in a non-UK manufactured machine (I believe South Africa).

The UK Machines use the DR-2300. Unfortunately, we only sell for UK manufactured printers so I don't believe the toner cartridge we sell will work correctly in your machine, which would be the TN2320 or TN2310. If you check the toner you have in the printer currently, it might have the code TN-2355, that would be the best way to check if it is a South African machine.

If you prefer to buy cartridges from the UK, it might be possible to get the region of the printer changed but only Brother support can do that.
