Hi, I'm looking for compatible cartridges for my MCF-J5335DW Brother Printer. I have tried from other shopping sources but my printer would not recognise the cartridges no matter what I did. I followed instructions from many you tube videos to no avail and wasted my money, what makes your cartridges different from these others? Gareth.

Hello Gareth, thanks for your question. The issue that you've experienced is due to the cartridge's own software being rendered out of date by a printer update. Unfortunately, this happens a lot when the printer manufacturer sends lots of updates to your printer. With our cartridges, we keep the software as up-to-date as possible but it really is a timing thing. We do offer a 3-year guarantee and a guide of tips to try.
