The cartridge is not working (63xl).
The indicated cartridge can only be used in the printer that was initially used and must be replaced. Help, I pressed the Ok button and that doesn’t work.

Hi there, if you purchased the cartridge from us, let us know and we can give you a call to help you out or you can call us on 0345 365 3605. It sounds like the cartridge is locked by an HP printer that is an instant ink printer. The instant ink software doesn't allow the use of compatibles or cartridges used by another printer so there would be no way around this. If you're not using the instant ink service, it can normally be rectified by replacing the ink cartridge with one that hasn't been previously locked.
