I have just replaced the colour and black cartridges, but I get an error message " black ink cartridge is faulty or incompatible". It's in the right section, HP21.

Hi there. The incompatible message normally comes when HP has updated your printer software and it has caused the cartridge information to go out of date. The only thing you can do is replace the cartridges with newer ones I'm afraid. If you bought them from us, give us a call on 0345 365 3605 and we'll be happy to help.
