Currently, I have an HP 122Xl in the printer so now I am a bit confused, and the printer is saying HP 122 but now you are saying it needs HP 301. Help!

Hi there, ah I see. I take it you didn't buy the printer in the UK? The HP 301's go in the UK version of the printer, as the cartridges and printers are regionally encoded. If you are located outside of the UK or didn't buy the printer in the UK, it may have a completely different range of cartridges. Unfortunately, we only sell inks that will work in UK region printers.

Hi there, do you mean alternative cartridges such as the compatibles? Unfortunately, all our own brand compatibles are out of stock. If you mean alternative cartridges with regards to the actual cartridge numbers. The printer can only take the HP 301 range. There are no other cartridge ranges it can use.

I ordered an H301CXL cartridge for my HP 3050A all-in-one printer. However, when I just went to put it in the printer, the printer says this cartridge is incompatible with my printer. What do I do? I've removed it and cleaned it several times?
