I'm getting bad print quality and a repeating ghost image. Will it be due to the toner or do I need a new fuser unit?
HP Laserjet Pro M501 is the printer.

Hi there, ghost images left on a print can either be caused by the drum unit or the fuser unit. The drum unit is built into your machine's toner cartridge, so you would have to replace the toner to see if that fixes the problem. It would be cheaper to try that first as a new fuser unit would be an expensive replacement part, and may need a technician to do the work.
