I have always given Toner Giant 5 stars however my last purchase was for the compatible recycled toner cartridges, and I can only say that in my experience they are not worth the money. Two yellow ones leaked, I gave the first one the benefit of the doubt but then the second one leaked as well, the magenta and cyan didn't last very long and one of the black ones completely leaked so that every sheet printed out entirely black! I have gone back to HP originals and will no doubt go back to my 5 star reviews as Toner Giant are both competitively priced and provide a speedy service.

I like my HP multi-function printer - I could not work without it. It was expensive but it has been entirely reliable. I don't see any point in saving money on 'compatible' toners that might not produce such good prints or might damage the printer - that would be false economy.

HP Toner value pack is good quality but the cash back offer is extremely complex and tedious to execute. So your letter how easy it is to claim is misleading.
