Hi there, we would never claim that they are as good as the originals because the nature of a compatible or remanufactured product is that they are partly recycled. We guarantee them for 3 years so any issues in that time are covered by our guarantee.
With regards to your printer accepting them, we keep the chips/software as up-to-date as possible but it really depends on the manufacturers pushing updates to the printer. Nine times out of ten they will work without any problems at all. The compatibles that we sell are very high quality compared to others on the market, and being honest we can't say you'll never have an issue but that's why we have such a good guarantee.
