Hi, if the cartridge doesn't work out of the box, who picks up the postage costs for me to get this back to you? Also, the advert says 3-year guarantee but reviews are 3/4 star. Do these cartridges not print like a Lexmark original? Thanks, Lawrence.

Hi there, not to worry all costs are covered, we will simply ask one of our suppliers to arrange a collection if so. Also yes these cartridges will work the same as the originals.

Do the Lexmark MX511 toner cartridges come with the chip so once installed it will work straight away rather than not working and realising you need to buy a chip too?
