Hi there, thanks for your question. I can understand your concern and often poor experiences with compatible cartridges put our customers off from buying our compatible cartridges.
Generally, we source high-quality compatibles because it makes no sense to us to have a high rate of cartridges returned. Whilst I can't say that you would 100% have no issues (as the nature of compatibles are that some have faults), our failure rate is less than 2% of thousands that we sell monthly.
This particular cartridge has been sold many times in the last few months and as far as I can see there aren't any returns for them. We do offer a 3-year guarantee on all compatible toners because we want to show how confident we are in their quality.
