Purchased set of Re-manufactured Dell Black and Colour Cartridges for HP 926 Printer. These were not recognised by my Dell Printer at all. Message kept being relayed No Cartridge. Could not use - frustrating as needed to print urgent work. Tried all that had been recommended i.e. turning off Computer and all hardware etc. Did not work! However, when I spoke with customer services after the weekend, they apologised, were very helpful and sent me out the Dell Cartridges by Courier - naturally I had to pay again! but will be refunded. The new ones Dell manufacturers appear to be successful.
The cartridges that you sent me are too large to fit into the Dell V313W cartridge carrier so they are no use to me. I await your instructions for the return of the cartridges for exchange or refund! In reply to your recent emails I have found Toner Giant's service very friendly and efficient and I will certainly return for future supplies as required. It is a company that really takes care of it's customers and I hope that you have a very successful 2015. A very satisfied customer.
