The original canon ink comes with a 6 months warranty, is this correct?

I would like to order two of the above packs, however, my printer needs a grey cartridge as well. Do you sell the packs including the grey cartridge as well? I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, thanks for your question. No, we don't have the pack including grey but you can buy it separately.

One of your customer ratings/comments says: "Products as described and with long use-by dates." Where is the use-by date shown on Canon ink cartridges? The only variable markings on CLI571XL cartridges received from you today are e.g. 1618D20 and 1619J10. Please explain.

Hi there, thanks for your question. The information we have from Canon is that their ink cartridges don't have use-by dates (only the codes as you described), so I can only imagine that the person who left the review was mistaken.

This product is a high capacity one & states 8.79p per page and is £63.30. Are you sure 8.79p per page is correct? I would have expected it to be lower?

Hi there, thank you for pointing this out, it is definitely incorrect. The pack had been given an overall page yield that was incorrect. There isn't an accurate way of calculating a cost per page on a multi-pack as each cartridge capacity differs and so does the rate at which they are used so it's difficult to calculate how many pages all the cartridges would get through before they are completely depleted. We normally don't show a cost per page so not to confuse anyone but we messed up on this occasion!

I am uncertain exactly what type I need, as although the printer is TS5050, the picture of the cartridges in the pack of 5 looks slightly different from the empty cartridge I am looking at. It has the number C571XL M on it and was a refill purchased from the local shop which has suddenly ceased trading. I am looking to buy the full pack.

Hi there, the cartridge page that you're on is for original Canon inks so may look slightly different but they are absolutely the correct inks for your Canon PIXMA TS5050 printer. CLI-571XL M is the code for the magenta cartridge. You can find the compatible pack (not made by Canon but our brand) here or the pack made by Canon here. If you need any more help, please let us know.

Please confirm if all cartridges are XL?
