With the replacement fuser for your printer, you just get what's in the picture on our page here (the whole unit).
It's difficult for me to say without seeing the roller that's disintegrating whether that's part of the fuser unit or a separate part of the printer. The best thing to try is to take your current fuser unit out of the printer and see if the damaged part is attached to it. If not, it might be worth asking an engineer but I'm unsure if an engineer would be able to replace just the damaged roller.
A printer has a life of around 5-8 years so typically as the printer models get older, it becomes harder to get replacement parts and the cost to fix/call out sometimes isn't worthwhile. To call an engineer out might cost £75 and upwards, even if they can't fix it, though I would imagine one might be able to tell you over the phone before they come out.
