Hi there, yes that is correct it will also work in a CLX3185 as the 'W' part of the model just refers to the wireless capability, and the printers are the same except for that part of the functionality.

Hi there, yes it will definitely be the exact same cartridges as the W in the model number Samsung CLX-3185W stands for the WIFI connection. That means that the model without the 'W' just won't have a wifi function.
