Hi there, the stated print output for the HP 285A toner is 1600 A4 pages. That number can be lowered depending on what you print. For example that figure is based on 5% of the page covered in toner which equates to around 5 simple text paragraphs. If you are printing pictures or blocks of color or black, the coverage would be more like 50-80% and the number of pages can reduce quite a bit.
