Is the toner coloured and black?

Hi there, the HP LaserJet M102a is only able to print in black, so the only toners you can buy are black toners. If you have any more questions, let us know!

Following recent messages, the HP imaging drum received is in perfect condition and the outer packaging has not been opened therefore contents should be good. The only thing opened is the documents bag attached to the outside. Repeat nothing has been opened on seeing "imaging drum" on outside packaging when first received.

Why is it that when ordering toner for my HP M102A, you sent an imaging drum that I cannot swap? The drum package is still unopened.

Hi there, I've just checked with the team who I believe replied to your email this morning. Providing the outer box is unopened, we should be able to get that collected for you. However, if the outer box is open but the inner packaging unopened, we'd have to check with the manufacturer if that can be returned as consumables normally can't be resold once opened. I'll ask one of our team members to get in touch with you again and see if there is anything we can do.

When I go into the product detail this printer is not mentioned (HP Laserjet Pro M102a). Why is that?

Hi Pamela, thanks for your question. On the product detail page there are too many printers to list so at the bottom left corner of the list of printers that this toner is compatible with, there is a 'view all' button to display the rest and your printer is listed within the area revealed when you click the button.
