Hi, thanks for getting in touch. The printer regularly runs an auto cleaning process and the maintenance box's purpose is to collect the waste ink that is expelled during that cleaning process. Once it is full, you will then need to replace the maintenance box with a new one but your printer will tell you when that is so if it hasn't already then you won't need to replace yours just yet. Why are the Epson 27XL inks so expensive and do you offer discounts?

Hi there. I completely understand, they do seem a lot more expensive than the standard inks don't they! The Epson 27 XL and 27 XXL ink cartridges actually contain a lot more ink than the standard inks, in fact, they contain more than triple the ink so you can print a lot more with them if you have a lot of printing to do. Just to give you confidence about our pricing, we check the market prices daily and our pricing is the most competitive we can offer for you but if you would like an additional discount we can always take a look at that for you.
