If the incorrect cartridge or maintenance item has been purchased \/ used in your machine resulting in fault or damage, we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund in this instance.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n If you believe an item has been sent to you in error, please let us know within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange for collection of the item.<\/p>\n The incorrect item will need to be collected so we can arrange for the correct items to be sent to you.
