- Please note competitor prices may change daily and whilst we offer 7 days to claim we must take current competitor price unless a screenshot is sent to us (by email – help@tonergiant.co.uk)clearly displaying web page url and product price on the competitor website.
- Applies to identical original ink and toner cartridges only
- Maximum total refund amount of £20
- Only brand new products that are in stock / sold on-line in the UK / and have V.A.T. applicable
- Excludes any product on promotion / have special contract pricing / offered cheaper with volume discount pricing or supplier is in administration / closing down
- Excludes any products where cookie based personal pricing has been applied
- Excludes any products where an additional next day delivery charge offsets the order value (delivery must be like for like also)
- Excludes products sold on market places such as Amazon, eBay, or Play.com / Rakuten
- Excludes products where the competitor price is lower than our cost price
- If you have used a voucher code on your order, this will be taken into account when calculating any refund (including previous price promise vouchers)
