The cartridge does not show the colour of the ink. the colour is printed in black on a black cartridge which makes it difficult to read an dwill be even more difficult when trying to replace a cartridge later

ordered several by accident (meant to order HP cartridges) and at least one was leaking already inside its packet on delivery. However, TonerGiant service was excellent - they telephoned me to arrange return and substitute original cartridges arrived next day and they refunded the old purchase quickly.

I have a HP Officejet Pro 8620....There is a huge cost difference between original & compatible inkjets. What is the difference in print...not used heavily? Can you guarantee that your compatible inkjets won't leak & damage my printer?

Hi, the quality won't be quite as good as the original cartridges but we guarantee them for 3 years and if you have any issues with them or they cause issues in the printer, we would send someone to fix your printer or replace it, if it can't be fixed.

Are these pigment-based ink like the original HP cartridges? Is it as resistant against fade and water as the original HP ink? Will the printer register the correct ink volume level with these cartridges please? Thanks.

Our compatible inks show ink levels however in some instances the printer will recognise that the cartridges are not original.
