Use them all the time, only every had one problem with one cartridge which was replaced the following day. Do now have two big boxes of used cartridges which have to be returned sometime.

Far better value than the genuine ones, good quality packaging, sharp print quality - although can sometimes leave shadows so if you need 100% quality then probably a genuine one, but for every day printing for records, e-mails etc perfect.

Compatible brother tn2010 black toner, so far so good, just waiting to see if the print lasts as long as the original. But so far good quality print, packed very well on delivery and arrived the next morning. Would recommend toner giant for toners.
