Q
Hello, I have a Brother HL-2150N and I need to purchase an original Drum Unit for it. Please can you advise which one would be suitable and the cost please? Thank you, Heather.

Hi Heather, we offer both the compatible version and the genuine version of the drum unit required for your printer. The difference between the both is that the compatible is cheaper and comes with a 3-year guarantee. You can view them both by searching these part numbers, for the compatible: REDR2100, and the genuine: REDR2100. Whatever you decide on is completely up to you.

Q
Hi, I have an MFC-7440N which has just run out of paper, I've reloaded it, but it still saying no paper and making an internal clicking noise, it's also saying "Drum End Soon" (I don't have a new one to try, so must order). Do you think this is the reason it's not recognising the paper load, or do we need to have it looked at? Kind Regards, John.

Hi John, thanks for your message. I don't think the drum would cause that issue unless it comes out of position. It sounds like there might be some paper stuck in the track somewhere so I'd take the paper tray out and check inside if anything is stuck/blocking the pickup area. Also sometimes if you fill the paper tray too much it can do things like that, so I'd take some of the paper out of the tray and see if that works. You will need to replace the drum soon but should be ok for now.
